To restore access to the Recycle Bin, do the following:
- Open Registry Editor (Start>Run>regedit).
- Navigate to the following key:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer

NOTE: HKLM is the abbreviation for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
- Click Edit.
- Click New.
- Select Key.
- Type

and press ENTER.
- Click Edit.
- Click New.
- Click String value.
- Type

and press ENTER.
- Double click the value

and click OK.
- Close Registry Editor.
